Please do not email us your images. We cannot process them for you, and we do not want a copy. Every tool on this site runs on your own device. That is the entire point.
What to include in a bug report
The more of this you can tell us, the faster it gets fixed:
- Which tool you were using, and the exact page URL
- Your browser and version, and your operating system or phone model
- The source image format, its approximate size and pixel dimensions, but not the file itself
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
- Any message shown in the browser console (press F12, open the Console tab)
Common questions we can answer immediately

| Can you recover an image I compressed too far? | No. Lossy compression is irreversible, and we never had a copy of your file. |
| Can you remove a complex background for me? | Not with these tools. Our background changer is colour-key based and needs a flat background. |
| Why is my large photo slow on mobile? | Processing uses your device's CPU and memory. A 50 MP image is hard work for a phone; resize it first. |
| Can I use these tools commercially? | Yes. See the Terms of Service. |
| Do you have an API? | No. The tools are browser-only by design. |
