1. Agreement
By accessing imageconvertor.si you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is
Image Tools Online provides free browser-based image utilities. All processing happens on your own device; we operate no image upload, storage or processing service. The site is provided as-is, with no uptime commitment and no guarantee that any particular tool will continue to exist.
3. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights in the images you process. We claim no licence, ownership or interest of any kind, and your files never reach us in the first place. You are responsible for having the right to use and modify any image you process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to process material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, which we will report to the appropriate authorities if we become aware of it
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure
- Scrape or automate the site in a way that degrades it for others
- Remove, obscure or interfere with advertising or attribution
- Reproduce the site's code or content to pass it off as your own service
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, that results will meet any specific requirement, or that any output will be accepted by any third party, including, explicitly, passport offices, government portals, printers and social platforms.
6. Keep your originals
Image processing is destructive. Lossy compression cannot be undone, cropping discards pixels permanently, and we hold no copy to restore. Always keep your original files. Verify every result before you rely on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, images, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, each governed by its own terms and privacy policies. Advertisements may link to third-party sites we do not control and do not endorse. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and source code are owned by Image Tools Online and protected by copyright. Browser-delivered source code is inherently readable, and we make no claim that it is hidden, but readability is not a licence to republish it as a competing service.
10. Commercial use
You may use these tools for commercial work, including client projects, at no cost and with no attribution required. What you may not do is rebrand or wrap the site itself as your own product.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice, and may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
